5,0i Exhaust now available as retrofitting for 3,5i / 3,5d!

For all folks looking for exhaust change (for 3,5i - 3,0d - 3,5d)) please check:+

http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...32&hg=18&fg=95

At my opinion, 5.0i exhaust looks much better that on my 3.5.

BMW, thank you!

Same with me, althought my X6 is still waiting the dealer But at least i know that the price is around 470 Euro plus the covers are around 65 Euro. Plus painting of the covers and labout off course. That's actually kind of a good price

so if you change 35i Exhaust with this, does it affect the exhaust sound too or is it just the looks?

I did mine about 6 months ago and that is why I realized they removed the valve after fixing the 50i exhaust tip so better check. The sound is louder because the valve is removed. But I feel the low end torque is effected. Since you guys have been driving without the change why not do the change and let me know whether there is a different. And remember to ensure they sealed the tube which is connected to the valve. I found mine is not sealed and I went back to get it done. Good Luck.

i've ordered a 2010 x6 3.5 (gasoline) black on chateau RED, i hate those single pipe mufflers, however on a previous posts you did mention you had some issues with low end torque, should I do the install or it's not worth it ?? Unfortunately i don't recall seeing a similar exhaust change on any forums online.

I love the 5.0 mufflers i would definitely do the change, please let me know asap thanks

I cannot answer your question whether to install or not worth it. But the low end torque issue is still there. I hope the New BMW performance parts can help solve the issue. Anyway, I have attached a picture for your viewing.
