Anyone run 275x40x21 front, 315x35x21 rear

Need to replace my wifes tires on here 475 style rims. Thinking of going with 275x40x21 and 315x35x21 has anyone run this size if so any issues. Do they look to thick?
I was also thinking of running 275x35x21 and 315x30x21 these set up is
0.7% off which isn't a big deal. Not to many options in tires at 21" department. Stock size 285x35x21 and 325x30x21 are pretty pricey and not many to choose from.
