I assume you're wanting to have the daytime running lights (DRLs/Angel Eyes/Halos) active with fog lights? So your light switch would be in the "off" position and you want to be able to turn the fog lights on simultaneously?

Here are the options I see in NCSDummy.

DRL_TFL_MIT_NSW - Daytime running lights with front fog lights
PWM_NSW_FKT_TFL - Pulse-width modulation(PWM) control of front fog lights as DRLs
PWM_NSW_FKT_PARKL - Pulse-width modulation control of front fog lights as parking lights
PARKL_FKT_MIT_NSW - Parking lights with front fog lights
SL_FKT_MIT_NSW - Standing lights with front fog lights

The PWM options are probably what you're looking for, or some combination thereof. They only have 1 option and it is set at 0% which means there is no voltage being sent to the lights. You can add values here for the desired voltage but I doubt Bimmercode can do that. You'll need NCSExpert and NCSDummy for that.
