X5 35D DEF deleted and leaking

So I did the full emissions delete though a shop last week and everything has been good till now. Pulled out of my parking spot and saw a large puddle. Def was pooring out of what I guess was the feed hose right next to the down pipe.
Anyone have any idea why? Should the fluid have been drained?

Thanks!

Not that I know anything about deleting a diesel, but unplug it electronically at the metering valve

What if you removed the metering valve?

I'm going through the same thing. I have cut off the metering valve nub and jb welding it shut. Hopefully that works.
