Roundel Removal Questions . . . Yes Another

Okay so obviously I've researched this topic since it's nothing new but every attempt/technique I've tried hasn't worked. Anyone have any tips on how to remove the hood and trunk roundel's? Another option I haven't tried was a bondo spreader which I heard would do the trick after using dental floss. My issue is I feel not even the dental floss is even attempting to go underneath the roundel's themselves. Any help would be appreciated! Pics also would be more helpful, I have tried flat screw driver, credit card, nylon tape and etc. but nothing seems to be helping to get underneath the roundel

I've used credit cards to get under the roundel, and then something with a bit more force to pop it off. You can put a screwdriver on top of the credit card, just be careful not to apply any force downwards as you may dent the hood.

Another option is a credit card combined with a putty knife. lots of prying ways, just use common sense

Awesome thanks! I got the trunk off relatively easy, it is just that hood but I'll take these ideas for though. Appreciate it!

I swapped out the rear roundel for one with a color matched surround. Heatgun and dental floss - since there are two guide pins near the center keeping you from working all the way through from side to side, work your way around, theres no adhesive in the center anyway. The whole thing comes off as one piece.

Yeah the rear roundel wasn't even difficult after reattempting during warmer weather. The front however, is another story but I did order the tool given above

If it has the plastic inserts for the pins, try warming it up with a hair dryer to soften the plastic just a hair and give it wiggle room.
Stack up stuff under and pry up as stated above.

Will do, thanks! Just waiting for my front roundel to come in and I'll swap it out

Yeah I tried the dental floss on the front, it didn't work which was a bit surprising. I knew I had to work my way under the roundel but after 30mins with no budge of going underneath. Well, I felt it was a lost cause of attempting that method
