***My 2011 X5 5.0 M package with MODS & PICS****

Hey guys,

This post is long overdue. I posted plain pics of my car last week and also wanted to thank everyone for there help. I got my car last week on friday and just picked it up yesterday morning from the bodyshop after I got all my mods done. I did the following:

1. Blacked out kidney grills
2. Blacked out all emblems (X5 rear badge, 5.0 sid badge etc)
3. Powder coated the wheels high gloss black
4. Carbon fiber stickers on BMW symbols
5. Painted roof rails black
6. Tinted front windows to 35%
7. GP thunders for angel eyes
8. Rear LED license plate lights from Bimmian.
9. Painted from reflectors to white

The pics dont do it justice and I think it came out pretty well. Please do share your opinions and what you think. Thanks

looks hot!!!i like evrything that u did..except gpthunder..lol..my honest opinion i tried them and it didnt do much for me especially when u have the xenon light on..so i went with led...however most people wont even know the difference

can u plz advise me where did u order shiny black grill from?thanks

The car looks great!

I'm not a fan on the black wheels though. It makes the wheels "blend in" with the wheel well making the wheels look really small.

Very nice otherwise!

I would post them but its hard for me to during the workdays as i get home in the evening- you can do a search but cinnamon looks sick. I was debating between tobacco but cinnamon won and with the dark wood look sreallyyyyy nice in my opinion- search for by cinnamon in the keyword and in the title only and you should see some results. sorry but i hope that helps!

i like the GP thunders bc they are cheap and do the job great!. The grills i got painted from my bodyshop with high gloss black paint. Cost me 75 bucks to get done.

I was going to test drive an M just for the hell of it. Drove an X6 V8 and was happy with that twin turbo.

My friend & colleage who I carpool with said I shouldn't do it. Said it's only gonna make me hate my car everytime I get on the highway and try to overtake someone with my 3.0i engine. lol

Still, I wouldn't get another X5 for power/speed. I'd get a muscle car for thrills ... or an X6.
