Has anyone noticed Cashy drives a state transit bus? Maybe he can borrow it and bring a busload of sydi'ite's to join in? Then carbonara can come too

State transit don't do interstate. Bur fortunately I've moved into the private sector and do interstate tours now. A car transporter would be a better suggestion though lol

Hey Cashy, last time we did the Great Alpine Road up to Mount Hotham, there was a guy from Sydney (woosh) who flew down and rented a car (Megane RS) and came along, so might be an Option for all those interstate folks. If not, would love to see a convoy of Bimmers rolling down the Hume Hwy to meet up!

Ok people, just a quick update:

I have made a booking for the Go Kart from 2pm.

1 session is 10mins - $30
2 sessions is 2 x 10 mins = $60
3 sessions is 3 x 10 mins = $80 (discounted $10)

The plan is to meet up at 10 am at the location posted up by Socket.
We will depart at 10.30am (no later people as we want to arrive on time).
Drive to Philip Island (2hours) so arrive in Cowes by 12.30pm.

Lunch (can do BYO BBQ or eat at the Cafe in Philip island race circuit).
Arrive at the Go Kart circuit (inside the Philip island track centre) at 2pm for a 2.30pm start.

Finish by 3.30pm and head back home.
Deposit for the event needs to be done a week prior to the event.

Please either PM myself or Socket to deposit the money for the Go Kart.
I will be putting the money in for the event.
This means that all those who are attending needs to attending (not a maybe or write down their names and not turn up). It also guarantees that you have a spot for the event.

I promise I will not be leaving the country with the cash...

and neither will Socky...

Turbos arrived last week, but insufficient intall parts. Waiting for them to arrive this week. Hopefully that leaves plenty of time to get the car back and tuned and drive to Melbourne!
