Hi guys, are BRIDGESTONE DUELER H/P SPORT RFT RUN FLAT 315 35 20 are they only summer tires?

Anyone else notice their price lately? They are just about as cheap as Conti DWS. I was surprised when I was pricing out tires the other day. Perhaps they were also around $1200 for a 20" set (DWS $1000), but when compared to the crappy Dunlops for $1700, they seem like a bargain.
