Door Unlock With Park??

Calling all reprogrammers!

Is there a way to have the X5 unlock the doors when you stop and put it into PARK? My Acuras (2008 and 2013) can be programmed to do this. I'm tired of having to push the dash lock button or pull the door handle twice to get out.

Yes, it can be programmed. Mine is coded to unlock, put the car into park and will eject the key if it was inserted with the start/stop button.

Did you have the dealer reprogram it or do it yourself with NCS and DCAN USB Interface?
Not sure if I would risk messing with the coding while the car is still under warranty.

Are there any other slick recodings that can be done? Close all windows and sunroof with the Fob is popular with the E46 crowd.

Bimmertech did the coding for me during my combox retrofit. From what I read there are some pretty cool features to be gained through coding.

No Bimmertech in Minneapolis. Anyone know of any coders here or at least someone who would help me out with my first try doing it myself?
