E70 Brake pedal rock hard after overnight parking

Hello,

Recently notice my X5 brake pedal is really rock hard to touch (don't ever remember brake pedal being this stiff) when you are starting the car, parked overnight, googled the issue, getting lots different stories and just want to confirm, do I have vacuum leak somewhere?
Once car is turned on, brake pedal feels normal.

I think with any car, when it is off, the brake pedal gets stiff.

Hmm, When you bleed brakes the car is not running. but when the car is running they should be fine, hence power brakes..
