possible new x5 owner few questions

Hey everyone. I'm new here. Currently a member of e90 post but I'm looking into trading my e90 in for an e70 x5. I'm look at a few of 07 and 08 x5s with higher mileage like 85 to 100k what r some maintenance items and common issues that I should look into to make sure they were taken care of before buying. Any other advice is welcome thanks in advance!

I'm looking for a 2008 and up 4.8i. I heard to stay away from the 07 plus the 08 had more features.

thanks just trying to find out things i should make sure were already done or stuff i should ask dealer to do before i purchase it.
