X5M Wheel question - do I have to go staggered?

Question

What are the pitfalls if any of going non staggered for a new wheel setup?

Can I do 20x10 or 22x10 all around? Or suggestions??

Thanks for answering a newb question

Ryan

Absolutely can go the same size all around. In fact, it might be better since you can now rotate tires... Of course offset plays a part here too, so make sure to take that into account.

Offset is going to be critical as previous poster pointed out, spacers are another alternative. In addition, some of the current driving dynamics will be affected. Plus you may or may not like the look since it will be less aggressive.

Thanks

Sounds like the staggered world is where I need to stay -

Am I bound to the 40mm offset in the front and 35mm in the rear or can I decrease that for more aggressive stance?

You can do it but because of the offsets most people take advantage of the staggered setups...
