Got this email from Contreau and it sounds and looks absolutely delish!

THE RECIPE

2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 Blackberries
2 Raspberries
5 Mint Leaves
3-4 oz Club Soda
Muddle the berries and mint in the bottom of a glass.
Add Cointreau and fresh lime juice with ice, and top with club soda.
Stir briefly. Garnish with a berry and mint sprig.

Just checked in to our hotel in Oxford. The Balvenie Doublewood 12 is 4GBP here. About $5.50 a glass. I think I'll like it here.
