Over the weekend I had a nice BBQ with friends and some drinks no cravings at all.

Awesome work. Congrats. If you can, keep up the exercise. It's a real help - as you obviously noticed. Whatever does it for you. Awesome job.

Day 8 finished. People at work can't believe it's been a week already and that I don't even mention it unless asked.

Today at work was insane a massive 13 hour shit show with one man down and still kept it together.

I quit smoking about 2 yrs ago after 11 yrs of smoking.
I had urge while driving because it was the most relaxing part of my day to smoke after work (I still have bit of urge in long drives) but other than that, I quit without a gum or patch.

Although I casually smoke time to time with my old friends who smokes but I have zero addiction now. I believe it's more of mental thing than a body addiction.
