e70 x5 3.5i LCI anyone know what is this squealing noise?

My E70 X5 3.5i LCI is making this squealing noise, anyone know what it is?

I replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner, and idler pullies in case that was it, but it didn't fix it.
The sound is heard only externally and not internally with windows up. The sound from the clip is with the window open.
Since I can't hear the sound internally to the car, I don't think it's a HVAC, and the sound continues if I turn off the HVAC.
I'm not hitting the brakes in the clip and it isn't related to braking as it makes the noise sometimes when in park.
It seems to be related to engine RPM, but I'm not sure how...for instance if the engine is under load I believe the noise goes away.

Just an update, I replaced the entire valve cover. The video above shows how just the PCV didn't fix the issue, so I just went ahead and replaced all. That seems to have fixed the issue as I haven't heard the squealing since.

Did you go with the OE valve cover or one of the aftermarket options? How have things been running since you replaced it? I'm getting the squeal and trying to decide if it's worth 2x for OE.

Thanks!
Matt

I went with URO brand...since I'm doing it myself I figured I could do it again if I had to, and didn't want to pay $400-500 for the OEM part. So far it's been fine, no leaks so far and it fixed the squealing issue.
