Which warranty do you have? Mine was quoted through Carchex with "high electronics" covered
I have route 66 "easy street".

Here are the details: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=814938

You may still be able to get coverage for your car. Do note that there is a 30-day/1000 mile wait time before coverage kicks in.

You can join DCU by donating $5 to one of the organizations they list - that's how I became a member, and later obtained a car loan. To buy the warranty, you *don't* need a loan - you just need to be a member.

I posted a sample contract (which is identical to the one I signed) in the OP of the link from bimmerfest.

Ahhhhhh just realized you have 35k on your car and I have 72k. More mileage it is, the more $$$$ it gets. So I think my quote would be more regardless due to mileage. Dang, I got happy

Here are prices from Rt66 for another member who has 58K on his car - I don't expect your prices to be much different:

PenFed is terrible - I can't believe they still haven't updated their info. Contact Route66 directly - they should be able to help you. The folks at DCU seem more informed about the products they sell.

Similar experience with PenFed from another forum member: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...7&postcount=32
