Should I expect to pay less.

You have to be TDY for 30 days in Europe (I could only speak of Europe because I'm station in Germany) or station there. I purchased 3 from Pentagon Car Sales and 1 from Bavarian Car sales.

It's for the 2012 X5M. I just got my VIN the other day. Build starts on week 39, I think next week.
