Nicely loaded CPO'ed 2013 X5 35i for under $39K

No affiliation to car or dealer - came across this today:

http://www.bmwoffortmyers.com/certif...2aaee87759.htm

- CPO
- 38K miles
- AW with black interior
- Adaptive Drive
- Active steering
- CWP
- Tech pkg
- 3rd row

In my recollection, similarly spec'ed 2012 MY car (i.e 2 yr old cars), this time last year would've fetched in excess of $42K. Seems like prices on E70s have indeed dropped..

Sounds right. If your car drops $3K in value per year, that's only $250 per month. Not bad at all.

This is a MY 2013 car - I'm comparing it to the price of a MY 2012 that I observed same time last year. The 2-yr depreciation rate for the 2013 seems steeper when compared to the 2012 last year.

My two cents--Sonic prices their vehicles low and do not haggle. I purchased a similar 2013 a few months ago for under 41k, including M sport, M performance, and luxury seating pkg.
