Angry Navigation on X6

I just bought an X6 without the factory navigation system. The salesman told me I could install it after I bought my X6. I took his word for it because in the past on both of my 07 Avalanche and Escalade I did install factory navigation after I bought them. Now am being told I can't when I contacted BMW and let them know what happen to me they said sorry your stuck. I tried to return the X6 four days after I bought it and dealer refused to take it back.

The question is can I buy the factory navigation and install it, or do I have to get another X6 with one?

Yes you can do it. The navigation system is about $3500 and you'll need to pay for labor to put it in, then you'll need to go to a dealership to reprogram your CCC. I have a friend did that on his e60 before and it cost him about $5000 in total.

Well, later model BMWs aren't the easiest to fit OEM navigation...maybe one of the hardest if it could ever be done in reasonable price.
