X6 50 lease offer
Noticed on the BMW site today that the Lease Offer payment has decreased to $699, down from $759 a few days ago. Did they lower the MF? Considering leasing one soon, not sure if I should wait until June (end of the quarter) or jump on one this month. Looking around, there seems to be plenty in stock. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Leases on a $70k+ vehicle are around $800/month. If the payments are $600 or so, most likely this is for a stripped vehicle which usually won't be found on any dealer lot. Agree that the $699/mo is for a vehicle with minimal to no options, not likely found on most lots. I've seen the MF/residual data before; could they have lowered MF mid-month? Heard they did that on the 6 series a while back. Just wondering where the extra $ went and if it will make a difference on one that's been sitting at a dealership for a while. Still debating making a move now or waiting another couple of weeks.
