Are you guys using your keys? or did you start your engine without having the keys in.

This is a known problem on all of the 50i models for some reason but many 35i owners do not have this problem. Does anyone know if the new iDrive update that was supposed to be out this month is available yet?

I think all models have the issue. I did not notice the issue until someone mentioned it.

Both phone and nav volume are low by default and I have to raise the volume to here each time the car is started.

I go in for an oil change and have three things to fix some of which you guys have as well.

1. iPOD USB jack does not make good connection. (Common problem on the 3 series when the new jack came out, dealer has a replacement update)
2. Climate control vent ticking sound as vents open/close.
3. Audio volume (iDrive update)

Nothing major so I have been waiting for the oil hange cycle to get resolved.

I'm having the same problem with my 50i and I have the blackberry pearl as well. I just bought my X6 March 30 so I would assume that I would have had the software updated already?
