Need help here on front hub size change
Hello,
I still have a factory set of 19's from my former 2009 X6 30d, last week I had a chance to sell them to a 2011 X6 30d For my surprise, front 19" wheels from my 2009 X6 did not fit into the front center hubs of the 2011 X6..... Anyone knows if BMW changed the front hubs from of an X6 from year 2009 to year 2011? I do remember that the front hubs of my old X6 where smaller than the rear ones (in the same car) and if you wanted to use for example a set of style 214's coming from an X5 they will fit loose, so you had to install the wheel hub centering rings...... Any feedback will be appreciated! thanks in advance Bernie |
