Crank Case Vent Valve

Hey guys,

My uncle recently got quoted a little over $1K at the dealership to have the crank case vent valve and hoses replaced on his 2006 X5 3.0, and I'm trying to find out more information as to what the part numbers are and how much a job like this goes for since dealerships tend to charge a lot more than independent shops. Anyone replace their own? Just trying to get more info on it. Thanks guys

edit: and by the way I found this diagram on real oem. For anyone who had theirs replaced do you know what other hoses surrounding/connecting to the the valve were replaced?
