Subwoofer location?

I recently purchased a 2011 X5m. Does anyone know where the subwoofer (s) is/are located? Are they under the front seats like the M3? I do have the premium sound, although it still sucks.

Reportedly, one under each front seat, but they're pretty inconspicuous.

i agree the so called "premium sound" is far from impressive, id hate to hear what the sound system in one without the option sounds.
