BMW Style 215 Wheels - Gloss Black - 21x10 & 21x11.5

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
I just purchased a CPO 2009 X5 w/M Package and it came with these gorgeous (but to flashy for me) wheels. The wheels were a $6600 upgrade (not including the cost of returning the original wheels).. the tires are BRAND NEW. They were replaced as a part of the CPO package. So other than the 100mi I've put on it since picking the car up last week they are brand new, still have the nipples on them. The wheels are in perfect condition, no rash, nicks , etc.. like factory condition.

They are as follows.

Front - 21x10 w/Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (OEM) Tires 285/35/21
Rear - 21x11.5 w/Dunlop SP Sport Maxx (OEM) Tires 325/30/21

They look meaty and I get tons of compliments, but they're a bit flashy for me and I plan on doing alot of towing so I'll likely downgrade to some 20's with a beefier tire.

They ride excellent, not at all like when I switched from 18's to 19's on my M3 .. they have no vibrations/etc on the highway and are balanced perfectly. Just pop them on!

I'm asking $4000 being the tires are brand new and I was told by the dealer the tires were something like $500-$600/ea..

I'm willing to negotiate though..

I can also take credit cards as I own a small business and can process Amex/Visa/Mastercard/Etc.

I would PREFER local pickup. I have custom 24x24x12 double walled heavy duty boxes and bubble wrap/foam/etc so I can ship them now as well...

Sorry I don't have better pictures at the moment. I can get some if a serious buyer approaches.

Less than 200mi on the tires and rims... they're as close to new as you can get..

I'm selling them because they're too flashy and this is my daily driver..

Cant believe you're selling these. They're super hot and tough to find. Someone should jump on these ASAP. I love mine

Thanks! I'm selling them not because I don't like them (I love them!) but because I own a small business and I felt they're just a bit to flashy.

They indeed are hard to find and I've had a few people offer me $2500, $3000 and one $3500 ... I might have taken the $3500 if it was local pickup but I'm not shipping these things for free. they're very big .. and heavy.. and the boxes and packing stuff alone would be like $100 (double walled, padding, etc).

They're coming off and being replaced with some more modest 20"s on Tuesday.. I'll likely box them up and put them on Ebay where they go for $5k. Just prefer to sell them to a bimmerpost member, or local enthusiast.

2012 BMW X5  [0.00]
So tempting but I already have 2 sets of wheels and wouldn't have room for a third. Good luck on the sale!

Still for sale. Someone said they'd buy them but couldn't pick them up until mid Jan. They have not paid yet, nor responded to my email from yesterday.. So in my book that means they're still for sale.

PM me if interested. thanks!

I made a mistake, these are actually 21x11.5 in the rear, not 21x11. I've updated the thread title and first post.

I'm located in Los Altos, CA.

Just to answer all the PM's I'm getting.

1.) Do not PM me offering me $2500 for pickup or $3000 for shipped.. not sure why I keep getting those offers.. The prices are above..

2.) I will not separate the wheels/tires/tps sensors.

They indeed are. If they don't sell by Friday they're likely getting boxed up and going into storage to be put on the x5 when I trade it in in a few years. I've had a million tire kickers, really surprised they haven't sold yet.

Like my ad says.. they come with TPS Sensors, brand new (well now about 750mi) tires and the rims are absolutely 100% flawless.

Good luck! If you haven't owned an E70 X5 yet you'll fall in love with it from the first time you drive it. Or atleast I did..
