Do HTC widows phones work with X6 bluetooth?

Hi,

I was wondering if any of you have an HTC windows mobile phone, and if the bluetooth works with it?

Yes, I have the HTC Tilt, (The older original one) and it works just fine with the 2010 iDrive system. I can also charge it using the USB connection in the center box.

Thats great! Can you also play music directly from your phone via the idrive to the car's speakers? Or you dont have that option on your car?

I do not use music on the phone, so I have not tried to control it with the iDrive. I have downloaded music to the car from a USB thumb drive. The easiest though has been to burn a DVD and then use it in the 6 disk changer. I managed to get over 700 songs on a DVD and that is easy to use in the car.

Thats excellent! I didnt know the CD changer could read DVD's. So it means you could put 6X700 songs into the car.

So then I have 2 more questions:

1. Is it possible to play DVD's also from the CD changer to the rear DVD system in between the two chairs?

2. If you burn an AVI file to a DVD (or CD) can you also play it to the DVD screen? Or it only accepts DVD format?

You cannot play DVDs from the CD changer. You need to have a DVD changer.
