does anyone know how to remove the fog light bulbs?

Need help trying to remove the fog light bulbs. can't seem to figure this out. Do i need to remove the fender wells, go from underneath, or pull out the black housing of the fogs?
Thanks in advance

I just popped off the trim housing piece around them and then there are a few screws around the fog lights and unscrew them and the bulbs come out to where you can have access to the back side so you take out the factory bulbs and replace them.

Did you upgrade the bulbs or just need to replace one?

Great, I haven't had a lot of luck replacing the angel eyes and being happy with the results. Anxious to see the pics!

If you're upgrading to "white" to match headlights could you tell me which ones you use . I want to do this but don't know which ones to get. And obviously I too will need to know how to remove them.

They are actually whiter in person, with the headlights on they are very hard to see. But for $17 for a pair with no error codes you can't go wrong.

The fog lights are very bright. Color matches up pretty close to the headlights abit whiter with a hint of blue, but will soon be replacing those with 6000K D1S

These are the GP Thunders 8500K H11 and H8 from E-92 Lighting in the e90 post. Great deal and super fast shipping

Sorry for the bad pictures, but i was getting soaked trying to take the pictures. Let me know if you guys want different angles. Thanks

Thanks for taking the pictures and getting soaked (only mild sympathy here , you do live in Hawaii) . I will order up the GP Thunders 8500K H11
E-92 Lighting for my fog lights.

Angel Eyes:
-Pop the hood and look at the headlight unit
-The first opening for the lights moving from the center of the engine bay outwards will be the H8 angel eye dust cover.
-Twist in the appropriate direction and remove the bulb
-There is only one way the new bulb can go in
-Close up the dust covers and Enjoy

Fog Lights: took me awhile to figure out, Thanks Shenard for the tip
-3 tabs on the top (left corner, center, and right corner) Push in and down on the black honeycomb grill
-1 tab on each of the right and left sides
-2 tabs on the bottom
-Work your way around and apply an even pressure to work it out
-2 Torx screws hold in the fog light assembly
-Remove for easier access and remove the blub
-Reverse order to put pieces back

Thanks for the info I thought you had to take the whole headlight assembly apart to replace the angel eyes. For some reason I didn't think it was just a bulb to replace.

That is awesome! Didn't realize it was that easy! That is much easier than the 3 series.

neither did I, after ordering the h11 fog , read this again and opened the hood to check. Immediately ordered the H8. This is so much easier than what I've seen before.

Boostlogic, do you have any pics with honeycomb grill out, so I can see the tabs design and location? Thanks.
