2010 BMW X6 50i Leases, please help if you have an answer

Do you guys think Leases will get better after March first on BMW X6 50i, I have the following locked and my vehicle is arriving in next 2 days and i don't know if I can wait until march second. I have 61 % Residual 0.00160 money factor as a current BMW owner and getting the vehicle at $600.00 over dealer invoice. Do u think they will have like dealer cash on top of the above or not really and i should go ahead and pick up my X6 ???????

I say go for it. If they offer cash deals after March 1, the finance factor will increase. For example, my X6 50i was ordered Dec. 30 witht the $2,500 holiday cash..but money factor was much higher..0.023 I believe. When the program came out in Jan and holiday cash disappeared, the net effect is the same monthly lease rate with reduced finance factor. I got $800 over invoice...and my car is STILL not here...production date is week 9..next week......such a loooooooong wait from Dec. 30! Good luck

I would say no cash, because the new 2011s are coming out. No incentive needed to move the cars at least initially.
