It's as easy as making the base X6 competitive with the top Porsche or AMG, no need to call it an M. Like Mitsubishi did with the Evo, make the base model competitive with the WRX STi.
Then put the TT V-8 in the M-coupe for gods sake! Or at least in the M3.

You telling us that a company that can come up with an eight-syllable model designation like "X6xDrive35i" wouldn't bastardize the use of the simple letter M?

Personally, I'm guessing the boost will be cranked up a little, power will increase to 450HP, the suspension will be tightened up, and they will call it the X6xDrive55is. That is consistent with what they did with the X5.
