I'm not gonna argue with Cattivo, I think with replica you always taking chances, some getting more lucky then others, I had pretty good experiences with replica parts in the past and I thought to give it a go especially money difference was very big. I'm pretty happy with how my replica fits and looks, but at the end it's your choice.

Looks like I found it on eBay but actually bought it from their website, that way I was offered better discount at the time. I have to leave right now but I'll be back in few hours and will try to find that info for you, stay tuned!

the seller's name 4amotors check them out, I did some research before ordering myself and it looked like this guys were around the block for long time and lots of bimmers used them and generally were pretty happy!

I don't recall their being two different styles until recently. Which style did you have and did you make any attempt to hold the seller responsible? They'll never get better if you don't hold their feet to the fire.

I've written about 5 different sellers asking about doing a combo deal (to save shipping costs) on a front and rear. A few have replied and said yes (no prices mentioned yet though) and I think one even said something about leaving online reviews. Either way I'm going to write all of them back, link to this thread and see where it goes from there.

This is the lip I bought from China for $800(complete pos!) I emailed the seller a number of times and never received a response. Those of you buying replicas seem to have nice fitment from the pics but will they hold up over time??? that's the only reason I spent over $1k for some piece of mind

OK, so you bought the AF style. Being theirs more carbon fiber, I can see how there's a chance for more fitment issues/gaps. Of all the sellers online, which did you use so we can avoid them and why didn't PayPal intervene?

For $600 shipped and a US seller. Fitment was ok...I had to use half a brain when installing it, not a big deal. Paid $800 less than the brand names and I feel pretty damn good about it.
