Vacuum Pump and Spark Plugs

So I just picked up an X5M. It ran well for along roadtrip. Though the next day I got the CEL P0136 - O2 Sensor Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2 along with other codes stating a misfire was detected. The car didn’t go into limp mode or anything. The CEL went away that day but reappeared the next day while idling on the driveway from a cold start. The PPI noted that the vacuum pump will need to replaced soon. Could this code be related to that? Or maybe relate to spark plugs which is on my list of things to do. (2011 X5M 75k miles)

What is the issue with the vacuum pump, is it leaking?

Is the CEL the same code now?

Item #3 in the diagram is the O2 going off

Are you getting black soot in the rear, any misfires?

Could just be the sensor is dead ...

BMW noted that there's an oil leak and the vacuum pump needs to be replaced.

Yes, the same code returned.

No black smoke. it’s a little hard to notice black soot since the car is Carbon black. But I’ll wipe the area around the bumper with a white napkin to check.

If it’s really misfiring, it’s not noticeable at all.
