I'm getting the same part number from BMW dealer but was told this is the same front bumper as the M package. I need double check with them.

The x5m has different headlights so I would check to see if fitment was an issue.

dont forget all the brake air ducts are different, bumper mount brackets, no fog lights, grill inserts are different along with the plastic under shields and fender liners are different too....it can be done, but its not as easy as just swapping bumpers covers only

It will work with stock Headlights but ...

You will need to buy 4 plastic nets (inserts) and probably the air ducts will not fit as needed.

I've done that on pre LCI X5 and had to cut the fenders too as they are different on LCI and non LCI models. You are lucky =]

Will make a photo tomorrow.

Btw :

X6 headlights fit X5 stock brackets
X6 LCI headlights fit X6 stock brackets , you only need to buy an additional electronic module.

So X6 LCI/X6/X5M will fit any X5 model.
