Help: want to change trim

I came across a perfectly outfitted and priced 2011 X6 50i with all the features I want AND ultra low miles. This car is so perfect it is making me rethink ordering a new 2012. However, it has the aluminum trim instead of the dark bamboo that I prefer. Is it possible to change the trim from one factory finish to another?

Trim is fairly easy to change on these cars
You just have to buy whole set and replace the pieces

p.s. i'm with you on aluminum, hate it
