How high is the entry to the trunk?

How high is the entry into the rear compartment of an X6? I want to measure to see how it relates to the height of my X5s back gate.

Lifting a 45lb bag of bowling balls into my X5 is challenging for me. If the entry into the x6 is higher, that's going tp be impossible! I'm already thinking: how am I not going to not scratch the bumper when i put them in? I could carry 3 bags, but that would be little awkward.

Think the x5 is lower as the x6 is higher than the boot floor
