My X6!!

Hi All

So I've just taken delivery of my first X6. Granted it's not brand new but it's only 18 months old. It's a space grey 35d with black interior - had it for a week now and I love it!

The question I have for the group is what to do now with regards to upgrades? I'm thinking along the lines of the following:-

1. Replacing the bulbs of the angel eyes to the brighter PIAA ones.
2. Replacing the standard round exhaust pipes with the square chrome ones.
3. Adding aluminium running boards.
4. Maybe changing the 20" wheels to 21".
5. ECU Remap.

Any thoughts suggestions or recommendations would be greatly received.

Another question is whether it is possible to retrofit the new idrive and software or is that not possible? Having seen it, it just looks better!

The car comes with the following:-

1. Media Pack.
2. Dynamic Pack.
3. HUD.
4. DAB digital radio.
5. Y Spoke Style 214 10/11Jx20.
6. Elec Fr Seats + Driver Memory.
7. USB interface.
8. Active Steering.
9. Adaptive Drive.

Once I get a minute to take a photo, I will post it.

congrats! im sure some people will have things to say about the running boards. I likem but thats just me. Also the square exhaust is the only way to go. congrats cant wait to see the pics!

Btw, when replacing the standard round exhaust pipes with the square chrome ones, do these make a difference to the exhaust note, and improve the driveability? or is it just simply a cosmetic change?

as far as i had heard it was just cosmetic though the exhaust note may be diff cause they had to switch some of the exhaust line
