What are your lease numbers
Hey guys, I am coming from the e90 forum and my lease is coming up soon. I have always loved the x5, and am interested in leasing. I was just curious what your leases were to get an idea of an average, or the norm of what these leases run.
Just some basic info if you: Lease amount: Down payment: Options: and any other information that your think may be necessary Thanks a lot! |

I can get you more specifics tomorrow, but I'm paying $869 for my loaded X5 35i M Sport. I have the M Performance tune, M Sport package, Nav, heated seats, etc. I put down $1000 (..covered the remaining balance on my E92 M3; I owed 49k, they gave me 48k), so there wasn't much of a cap cost reduction in my deal, but I did get 6k off the price (..I had some connections at the dealership).

$869 is most peoples rent and/or mortgage payment in 40+ other states. Not in California, New York, MA, or Florida. |

P.S. You are simply dreaming if you think that you can lease an X5 for $300-400 a month (..at least not without SIGNIFICANT cap cost reduction). But I digress.... ....back to topic. Last edited by Sedan_Clan; 07-04-2013 at 07:37 PM.. |

I'm financing a 2011 5.0 at 1.99. Purchase price was 55,000 even with 10000 down. Payment is 850/month x 5 years. Bought it in June 2012 as a leftover from 2011. So far so good. I'm told these cars have a high residual value so a purchase at this price point seemed a good value to me.
