No Trailer Hitch available for 2012 X5 35i Sport Activity version???

Dealer said that there is no trailer hitch package available for the 2012 X5 35i Sport Activity version. He said it was available for the 2012 X5 35i standard version, X5 35i Premium, X5d, and X5 50i. Appears very odd why it would not be available for the X5 35i Sport Activity version.
I looked at the online BMW accessories parts section and it always says “This part is not available for the vehicle you selected. Please change the model details or select another category to see products for your selected vehicle.” Could it be the tire size since only the X5 35i Sport Activity version come standard with 315/35 run-flats sized tires in the rear?
Does anyone have a hitch on a 2012 X5 35i Sport Activity version?

Came on here looking for an X5M, not to solicit, but did you try Curt?

Their website shows that this part will fit 2012, and it doesn't list any exclusions. We've installed these before, but not on a 2012 yet. Never any issues. This is also a class 3, with the higher towing capacity.
