Performed the coolant bleed, I was able to see the coolant movement in main coolant expansion tank but nothing was happening in intercooler expansion tank? is my intercooler water pump dead? or does it get activated at certain temperature?

Okay so I found this post through a google search. Little stream of coolant on the garage floor a couple of days ago. Before purchasing and new parts (which thank heavens are affordable thanks to the interwebs) I refilled the coolant and squeezed the cap closed. Ran it 100+ kms yesterday in stop and go and highway traffic, with and without the AC and/or fan. The car has been home now for 18 hours and not a single leak. Could it be the cap was loose??? Sheesh!!
