VMAX with X5M?

How fast can you go with the stock tires on 299M 20"?

My car is totally stock and I'm heading to Croatia through Germany and I'm planing to go full attack on Autobahn.

I'm a little scared that the stock tires won't hold.

What do you guys think?

Why don't you check the speed rating of your tires?
BMW uses several stock tires, so until you post what exact tires you have, no one can tell you exactly for what speed they're rated.

But again,
there are normed numbers and letters telling you the rating.

you need remove the speed limiter first, or it will not go past 250-255km/h. once that's gone, the X5M should have over 285km/h in it. I tried until more than 260, but ran out of road, haha. The speed rating is not important as long as you are not sustaining that speed for a long time

have gone 186 and still pulling, it can probably go 195 but I'm not sure

195? No.

To the OP - the OE run flats are W rated and will be fine up to 168mph (assuming they're in decent shape). If they have any repair plugs you will drop one speed rating level (149mph).

With this thing you can go over 160mph on RF tires

Absolutely correct! This was on a private course in the countryside, a huge straightway owned by a buddy of mine. Do not do this on public roads lol.
