CIC-Car infotainment Center, as opposed to the older version CCC Car Communication Computer. CIC has an internal hard drive CCC does not.

Yes, you can do that. In order to get audio streaming through blue tooth you will need to replace your TCU and MULF modules with Combox media or Combox Telematics module. You will also need to re-code it appropriately for vehicle to recognize the new combox module
