BMW style 215 wheel recommendations

I have an Alpine White 2012 3.5 and thinking of putting 215 style wheels in black for the summer. Any good replica's out there? I just don't want to spend a fortune on wheels due to NY roads being what they are. Had to repair my HRE's (330Ci) a couple of times already!

Thx!

Don't recommend replicas at all, first your car is a heavy car, you'll never know who makes those replicas, probably a Chinese company with no quality control, your life and your family is worth to spend on OEM's, also if you are lucky you can find a good deal in the classifieds section of this board

ebay is crawling with replicas, especially of the style 215s. Heck I think you can get them in black for $799 a set now. Here's a gray set to get you started http://www.ebay.com/itm/20-215-Style...ht_3819wt_1016 Enjoy. They're perfectly safe IMHO. The real problem with the OEM 215s, besides price, is that they're 21", which is almost guaranteed to be a $2000 set of tires every time you need them, if not more. There are very few tire options for 21" wheels this wide. Price out the 325/30-21s on tirerack. You have two options and they're both PRICEY http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSe...30&diameter=21

I say get the reps and never look back. You can probably find a set of OEM 215s for $2k, but you can get a fantastic set of tires for the 20s for a grand, so the reps will save you money not only on the wheels, but on the tires, not to mention the fact that you have tons more tire options with the 20s.

Thanks for your reply. That is one reason I really don't want to get the OEM...21" tires cost a fortune in addition to the wheel itself.

Thanks for your reply. I wonder if there are any better quality wheels out there.
