Actually, I agree... I would love to get my hands on an E89 for the few times the wife and I can escape without kids...

But otherwise, great looking pair. I love our pair as well, and same as you, we swap cars based on the task needed.

Here's a funny one for you though. I work on a ship, so I'm gone for 6 months a year (2 mos on, 2 mos off)... When I'm gone, I've got my wife on a strict schedule of swapping the vehicles every week so neither one sits too long. On Sunday she fills the tank, washes, and then parks one vehicle. Then she drives the other... Believe it or not, she's actually ok with these shenanigans... I married a good one!!!
