21 inch Wheels

Hi Guys,

Thinking of putting the black BMW 21 inch wheels on my Black X6 is the ride going to be too harsh? Is there a noticable difference? or should I stay with the standard 20 inch. I welcome your feedback from those who have or have tried the 21's, cool!:

It all depend on your X6. Does your X6 come with adaptive drive suspension? If yours come with it than it will not be harsh. I had the Black 21" wheel with Run flat, not harsh at all. If yours doesn't come with the adaptive drive and using run flat than it will be harsh on a 21".

For what it's worth, I went from 20's to 21's and noticed the ride change as I turned out of the dealer parking lot. I do have adaptive drive. One thing to consider very seriously is the fact that there are very few 21 inch tires available. Look at all the websites. Almost all manufacturer's jump from 20 to 22 inches. Stick with the 20's.

I've had them from day one so a little tough to compare. I do notice a softer ride with my snow tires and wheels. Lucky you don't have to buy a set of those!
