Anyone know if everything's OK at Velos?

I sent Omar a note about a week ago, asking if anyone with a Velos tune had gone through the N63 campaign yet, if the updates cleared the Velos tune, and if so, what the process would be to restore it.

I haven't received a response yet, so resent last night to 'tuning@', in case Omar's on vacation or extended leave. I also noticed that on the Velos website, only tunes for the S63 are listed now, not the N63.

It's just odd, as they are usually amazingly responsive.

Just talked to him last Thursday night, haven't heard that anything is wrong... Have you sent him an email? omar@velosdesignwerks.com

Yep--I sent him an email at that address last Monday.

As a matter of fact, I have ordered downpipes and a tune from Omar about a month ago... received the tuner right away and then no news at all...
After about two weeks, I got a reply that there was a production problem with the downpipes and that they will ship by the end of the week...

Omar did say he was out of town for several days on an emergency...

If anyone needs anything the best bet is to call us for the quickest response. My apologies for any delays in getting back to anyone.

This is along the lines of what I suspected might have been the case, as Omar usually responds amazingly quickly to any query.
