What part number is this hose?

Hi all. I replaced like a lot of hoses on the top and sides of the motor, but another one was 'repaired' by a shop I took it to a few months ago. They just glued a sleeve onto the hose, but now it came off, and I might as well replace it. So, do you know what part number it is?

Thanks! I notice a fuel smell when I start the truck, so that's probably where it's coming from? I get the replace gas cap error code occasionally as well. Anyways, I'll replace it and go from there
