X5, are these lights factory?

2012 X5, one headlight is burnt out and from what I can find online it's hard to tell if these lights are actually factory or not, and the back of the bulb doesn't have the same clips to remove the bulb as I think they should.

First pic is the middle/inside ones, almost looks as there's just a blank plate, and those don't do anything, don't light up at all.

Second and third pic is the bulb that's burnt out, clearly a Philips but I'm not finding a cross reference to any of those numbers on the back.

Anyone recognize them and know what replacement bulb I'd need? Hate to ask such a basic question... thanks.
