2DD6, 2DD8 and 3012 Codes 2011 X5

Good morning. I recently picked up a 2011 bmw x5 xdrive35i for a very good price. It only has 109k miles on it but what scares me are these codes. Can someone steer me int he right direction as to where to start troubleshooting? For the 3012 should I pull and clean the cam sensor or just replace it to see if that helps. I am kind of loss about the valvetronic codes. Thanks
