bmw x6 recall

A BMW UK statement issued said: "This is due to an issue with a bolt that secures the engine drive belt which, in certain extreme circumstances, may become loose and fracture.

"In rare cases this could result in owners losing power steering assistance and being alerted by a warning light on the instrument cluster.

"This issue has come to light through the continuous testing and development of BMW vehicles and some customer feedback. No accidents or injuries have been reported to us.
