35d: Help with connectors?
When I changed all of my driveline fluids on my 2012 35d, I found a couple of connectors under the car that were not connected. Since I purchased a deleted vehicle I figured that these were likely from what was removed. I started thinking, that it would be good to get verification on if my assumption was correct.
I suspect the single plug is the urea feed line to the DPF if someone can confirm that or tell me what it is if I'm wrong. The 5 pin connector is also shown hanging down by the transfer case. It is routed with the mechatronics sleeve connector and then branches off. It might even be long enough to reach the fuel filter. Does anyone know what this is for? |

Yeah. Tape it up or something and secure it. You could remove the entire wire and piping but good luck removing the 3,000 things in the way to get it out.

The 5 pin should be your pre-SCR NOx sensor. So yes. It is related to the delete.
