The numbers I got in March on my 2012 50i were:
60% residual on 10K miles
.00101 MF with loyalty and max MSDs

I got the April program on my 2012 X6 50i

36mos 59% Residual 12k miles and .0016 MF which includes loyalty discount of .003.

Jackel your money factor is awesome. My credit score is 830 so not sure why i didnt get the same mf .

It's from the Multiple Security Deposits. With 7 security deposits, your MF would have been .00111.

This is great information, thanks likecarz and TheJackal. I've ordered a 2012 X6M, and with your help I've noticed that I'm getting "hosed" on the lease terms--I was going to be paying the whole MF (with no reduction for MSD or loyalty). Now I've got some ammunition to negotiate with the dealer, and according to the website I should save about $180/month.

Does anyone know where to find accurate starting rates? I was quoted high from a list before check, but they said it was their top tier and it was an insane .0022. I was hoping for at least the .0075 starting point. Do you discuss this with dealer or with BMW financial for best results.
